Return & Refund Policy – We’ll Do It LLC

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
  • Unused products or services purchased directly from We’ll Do It LLC are eligible for a refund.
  • Partner or Solutions Servicer subscriptions (provided by third parties) are subject to the return and refund policies of those third parties.
  • WDI Suites and monthly spend plans are only refundable for the current month. Any additional prepaid funds must be used for other services with us if a customer cancels their plan.
  • Only unused spend and funds are eligible for a refund.
  1. Return Window and Conditions
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Products or services must be unused, with licenses unclaimed and accounts not set up.
  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a service has started or been delivered, a full refund may not be possible; partial refunds may be considered.

  • If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete product or service, we will attempt to resolve the issue. We expect at least one attempt at a positive resolution before a refund is considered.
