- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Unused products or services purchased directly from We’ll Do It LLC are eligible for a refund.
- Partner or Solutions Servicer subscriptions (provided by third parties) are subject to the return and refund policies of those third parties.
- WDI Suites and monthly spend plans are only refundable for the current month. Any additional prepaid funds must be used for other services with us if a customer cancels their plan.
- Only unused spend and funds are eligible for a refund.
- Return Window and Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Products or services must be unused, with licenses unclaimed and accounts not set up.
- All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

- If a service has started or been delivered, a full refund may not be possible; partial refunds may be considered.
- Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Services
- If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete product or service, we will attempt to resolve the issue. We expect at least one attempt at a positive resolution before a refund is considered.
