This page summarizes the refund rules for We’ll Do It LLC. The authoritative terms are in our Terms & Conditions, Section 9 (Refunds and cancellations).

Quick reference

Subscriptions / business suites: Cancel at any time from the “Cancel Subscription” control on your My Account page; cancellation stops all future charges at the end of the current billing period. Fees already billed are non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise.
One-time services: Refund available only if we have not started material work; custom deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
Digital products & software access (including Monocle): Non-refundable after delivery or access is granted, except where law requires otherwise.
Hosting/domains (GoDaddy reseller): Subject to registrar and GoDaddy policies.
Provider marketplace (/providers/): Contact the vendor through the marketplace refund process; WDI facilitates but does not guarantee vendor approval.

We send a renewal-reminder email 25–40 days before each renewal for automatic-renewal subscriptions.

You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. See Terms §4.5.
